Selling houses is a fantastic living but what drives you as an agent?
Increasing market share in your prime farming area?
Differentiating yourself so that you stand out in your area?
Offering the value that justies you insisting on 3% commission?
What are your plans for 2022?
More of the same?
Buy more overpriced and underperforming billboards?
Put out more letterbox drops even though they are less and less effective?
or would you like to really get inside the hearts and minds of 2022's prospective vendors in your area?
I’m happy waiting until a competitor takes market share from me by getting into the hearts and minds of local vendors then i’ll consider reacting to that eg change suburbs, agencies or maybe do something else
I’d be keen to find out more about getting inside the hearts and minds of prospective vendors in my area
