Bribie Island Seaside Museum: Imaginarium Nocturnal Life

Step into the magic of night at Bribie Island Seaside Museum, where children guided by Moko the Mopoke Owl shine torches on hidden animals, explore mangrove habitats and listen to the sounds of the night. A night-sky storytelling zone introduces connections between stars, seasons and Country through a hands-on, all-ages experience.

A free two-day family festival filling the skies above Pelican Park with giant kite displays from Australian and international flyers, coinciding with the opening weekend of Queensland school holidays. Activities include a public fly zone, kids kite-making workshops, pony rides, farmyard animals, amusement rides, food vendors, and a dedicated kids zone.

An iconic seaside marketplace along the Redcliffe Peninsula waterfront, featuring farm-direct produce, trawler-direct seafood, artisan goods, fresh-baked bread, gourmet food, handmade wares, and live music entertainment. Runs every Sunday morning with free entry and ample parking.
Redcliffe Museum: Bush Buddies Imaginarium

Join Kylie the Kookaburra through an interactive play-and-discovery experience featuring real Australian wildlife specimens, hands-on outback-themed play, craft activities, animal-track identification, and charades using Kabi Kabi/Gubbi Gubbi words for native animals. Farmgate Markets at Green Thumb Farm

A Saturday morning community market at Green Thumb Farm, a regenerative agriculture farm in the Samford Valley. Stalls offer chemical-free and certified organic produce grown on site or sourced from Australian farmers, alongside artisan sourdough, local honey, seedlings, coffee, and live local music.
Monster Jump Sandstone Point

Australia’s giant 280-metre inflatable obstacle course returns to Sandstone Point Hotel for the spring school holidays, packed with more than 30 challenges including climbing walls, tunnels, giant slides, and bounce zones for all ages. Optional upgrades include the Shark Waterslide and Dino Run for children under 16.
Several library and museum sessions are drop-in but can fill quickly during school holidays.
