It is a story written about a property you have sold. It will include significant recognition and opportunity for an agent to tell the story of the sale, injecting any interesting anecdotes, as well as the stats that metter. It includes promotion across the relevant area to the relevant demographic.
What is the process?
- We use the listing details on your website and imagery to develop the core of a story about the property.
- We ask you to provide the stats that matter — e.g. number of open homes/open home attendees/number of private inspections, number of offers (if more than 1), days on market, price achieved, along with quotes from yourself the agent by email (up to 3 paragraphs).
Why does the invitation expire within 4 hours?
We offer this on an exclusive basis to fit within our editorial windows.
It is very powerful.
Should an agent not wish to accept our invitation within 4 hours of being sent, it expires; and we will invite someone else.
